Q: Why am I getting separate packages and emails?

A: We use multiple fulfillment centers. This means that if your order contains more than one item, your items may ship from different centers, and thus have different tracking numbers. However, all packages will make it to your destination all the same!

 

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

 

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order once it's been placed?

A: Orders are generally fulfilled quickly. If you feel you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact orders@astroscrap.com with your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Please note, we do not accept returns due to ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, change of mind, or neglect.
